Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how LTVISION CORP ("Gamecob," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Gamecob website and related services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Service"). Gamecob is a subscription-based web game hub that offers instant-play, browser-based games across genres, with cross-device progress sync, offline play after first load, and global and weekly leaderboards.

This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. If a term is not defined here, it has the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

1) Scope

This Policy applies to information we collect through the Service and related communications (such as support emails). It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked from the Service.

2) Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal information to us, contact support@gamecob.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

3) Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information.

Information you provide

Account information: email address, login credentials (stored in hashed form where applicable), and basic account settings.

Gameplay data: game progress, scores, session events, and other gameplay information generated as you play games on the Service.

Leaderboard display name: a display name you choose for use on leaderboards. Please note that any display name you choose, along with your scores and rankings, may be publicly visible on global and weekly leaderboards to other users of the Service. Choose a display name accordingly and avoid including information you do not want to be public.

Support communications: messages you send to support and information you include in those communications.

Information collected automatically

Usage data: pages viewed, features used, games played, session interactions, timestamps, clicks, and other activity within the Service.

Device and technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP, and similar technical information.

Cookies and similar technologies: we may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tools to operate the Service, remember preferences, enhance security, measure performance, and support marketing where permitted.

Payment information

Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors. We generally receive limited payment-related information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, billing country, and the last four digits of a card (if provided by the processor). We do not store full payment card numbers.

Inferences and derived data

We may generate scores, rankings, stats, and progress metrics based on your use of the Service (for example, session summaries and leaderboard standings). These are used to provide and improve the Service.

Sensitive information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, full payment card numbers, or health/medical records). Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the Service.

We collect and use personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 4 and retain it as described in Section 8, where applicable.

4) How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • provide and operate the Service (create accounts, deliver games, track and sync progress, calculate scores and leaderboard rankings, and maintain core functionality);
  • personalization and improvements (improve features, game selection, quality, and performance);
  • security and fraud prevention (protect accounts, prevent abuse, detect suspicious activity, and enforce our Terms);
  • payments and billing (process transactions, manage subscriptions, send receipts, and handle billing issues);
  • customer support (respond to requests and resolve technical issues);
  • analytics (understand how users interact with the Service and improve usability);
  • marketing and communications (send service updates and, where permitted, marketing messages; you may opt out of marketing communications as described below);
  • legal and compliance (comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and protect our rights and users);
  • accounting, audits, and recordkeeping (maintain financial records, reconcile transactions, support audits, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and respond to lawful requests from regulators or authorities).

Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases, as applicable:

  • contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide the Service, create and manage accounts, deliver games, track progress and leaderboards, enable paid features, and provide customer support related to the Service;
  • legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): to secure the Service, prevent fraud/abuse, maintain and improve the Service, and protect our rights and users;
  • consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where required, for non-essential cookies and similar technologies (including analytics/marketing cookies) and for certain marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time;
  • legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): to comply with applicable laws (including accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements) and respond to lawful requests.

5) How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • service providers. We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, analytics, customer support tools, email delivery, and payment processing). They are authorized to process information only as needed to provide services to us and are subject to contractual obligations where appropriate;
  • other users (leaderboards). If you choose a leaderboard display name, that display name together with your scores and rankings may be publicly visible to other users on global and weekly leaderboards;
  • legal, safety, and enforcement. We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights and safety of Gamecob, our users, or others, or enforce our Terms and Policies;
  • business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to customary confidentiality protections;
  • with your direction. We may share information with third parties when you request or direct us to do so.

6) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, SDKs, and local storage) to operate the Service, enhance security, and, where permitted, support analytics and marketing.

What these technologies are. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies perform comparable functions, including recognizing your browser/device, remembering preferences, and measuring performance. Local storage may also be used to enable offline play after a game's first load.

How we use cookies. We use these technologies for the following purposes:

  • strictly necessary: required to operate the Service and maintain security (for example, authentication, fraud prevention, load balancing, and payment-related functionality). These technologies are necessary for core operation and cannot be disabled through our cookie tools;
  • functional: to remember preferences and improve user experience (where available);
  • analytics: to understand how the Service is used and improve performance (where permitted);
  • marketing: to measure and improve marketing campaigns and, where permitted, to show more relevant ads.

Consent and choices. Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies (including analytics and marketing cookies) will be used only after you provide consent. You can manage your cookie choices at any time through our cookie banner and preference tools (where available), including by rejecting non-essential cookies or adjusting granular settings. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, parts of the Service may not function properly.

7) Marketing Communications

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting support@gamecob.com. Service-related messages (e.g., billing, security, or operational notices) may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing communications.

8) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Service;
  • meet legal and accounting obligations;
  • resolve disputes; and
  • enforce our agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it is processed. We may also retain and use aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

9) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no security measure is perfect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

10) International Data Transfers

We are located in the United States and may process and store information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.

Where required by applicable law (including in the EEA/UK), we will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (for example, contractual protections) to the extent applicable.

11) Your Privacy Rights

If the GDPR applies to our processing of your personal data, you may have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • correct or update it;
  • delete it;
  • object to certain processing;
  • restrict certain processing;
  • request data portability; and
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
